What do I do before my lash extension appointment?

  1. Please feel free to do your research and ask lots of questions, we don’t mind. We want you to have a good understanding of how to care for your lashes and what you will be comfortable with.
  2. Book an appointment in advance, especially after work (between 4pm to 8pm) and weekends (Thurs. to Sat.)
  3. Someone will call you one to two days before your appointment. Please have your credit card ready to complete your reservation. Please see Lounge Etiquette for more info.
  4. Please inform us if you need a reminder call or email. If a space is unavailable feel free to call us in the morning to see if there are any cancellations or to be on our cancellation list (hey, you never know!) 604-696-WINK(9465)!
  5. It would be best to arrive with no water-proof mascara or heavy eye make-up. The time spent should be on your lash extensions and not removing make-up (sometime it can waste up to 15+ minutes which will cut into your application time!) But if you do have make-up on, not to worry because we do have removal products here.
  6. If for some reason you are arriving late (15+ minutes) or can not make your appointment, Please call us. From time to time, we have walk-ins or clients on our cancellation list that maybe able to fill the space. Thank-you.
  7. Buy some lint free cotton pads, eye make-up remover, sealent and swabs afterwards to help maintain your eyelash extensions at home.
